A video of the final ImRoNet-presentation at the Automatica 2010 is now available. This video shows the different functions of the two mobile robots which where provided by Neobotix for this project.
A mobile manipulator MM-500 provides supporting information (augmented reality) via a panel-PC that is mounted to the robot's arm. Direct interaction with the environment is done by a mobile platform MP-M470 which was also equipped with an arm.

MM-KR16 for Audi
The HAW Ingolstadt has released information about the MM-KR16 that will be working for the Audi AG. The MM-KR16 will help to meet the increasing demands for flexibility, reliability and efficiency. The system is equipped with an intelligent image analysis system and a customised gripper from Schunk. This enables the robot to autonomously fetch parts from the storage and transport them to the assembly line.

MM-500 delivered to the iit
A mobile manipulator MM-500 has been handed to the Instituto Italiano Di Tecnologia today. Different from all former projects, this time no customisations were required. The MM-500 IIT does not only feature a 7DOF LWA3 robot arm made by Schunk and a gripper with quick change flange, but also a completely new force-torque-sensor. This sensor was also developed by Schunk.

cinneo R6 at Sat.1 Bayern
A cinneo R6 is working in the Bavarian studio of Sat.1 since the beginning of this year. This robot arm, which is also used in the MM-KR16, is able to realise 6D-trajectories that have been impossible until now.
You can find detailled information at www.cinneo.de.
On January 4 the R6, which is based on the MM-KR16 and provides completely new camera trajectories, will be used in the first production. You can find further information at www.cinneo.de.
